REGIONAL DIRECTOR – US EAST, SENIOR BUILDING SCIENCE SPECIALIST
Wei specializes in the performance and design of building enclosures related to heat, air, and moisture control. He leads the RDH Building Science Northeastern United States team from the Boston office.
Wei continues to make inroads in our newest geographic location, overseeing various building enclosure consulting and enclosure commissioning projects. Wei has brought his innovative and direct approach to high-profile projects such as the Maine Medical Center and the Harvard University Art Lab. Wei has a bachelor of science in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Massachusetts.

Theresa Thompson is President and an owner of Standard Waterproofing located in Winslow, Maine. A family owned commercial waterproofing business in the construction industry. The team at Standard Waterproofing is known throughout Maine and New Hampshire as the best of the best in commercial waterproofing, sealants, spray foam and much more.
Theresa grew up in China Maine. She graduated from Manhattanville college in New York with a degree in international management. Since returning to Maine and joining Standard Waterproofing, Theresa has focused on growing the business by providing the best products and services to customers through a very experienced and knowledgeable team. Additionally, because of the company’s people first approach it has created a workplace that is both stable and prosperous for all. Because of these efforts, In 2020 the company was recognized by the Mid-Miane Chamber of Commerce as the business of the year.
Outside of work Theresa enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. They can usually be found spending time together boating, fishing and enjoying the great outdoors.
Scott Walker CSI, CDT is a Territory Sales Manager in New England for Henry, a Carlisle Company. Supporting the sales and marketing of Henry Envelope solutions (Waterproofing and Air Barriers) for the past 12 years. My previous work experience has been as a national specialist for Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing (11 yrs) along with Grace Construction Products (21). I have been involved in the construction industry for over 43 years, promoting, designing, servicing waterproofing, masonry, concrete and air barriers. I am a member of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) and a founding member and past marketing chair of the Air Barrier Association of America (ABAA). Other associates he is also an active member are ICRI, SWRI, IIBEC and the BEC of Boston.
Scott currently resides in Pepperell MA with his wife of 33 years. They have 2 boys and are very happy to say a new granddaughter was just added to the family in January. They enjoy golf and hiking on the weekend.
