Last fall CSI initiated the Dynamic Chapter Program. The goal of the program is to help chapters transform their meetings into experiences that are attractive to more people and to market them to reach a greater audience. Cynthia D’Amour, Leadership Strategist with People Power Unlimited is leading the exercise. The Northeast Region had our marketing support administrator, Terri Bracken, sign up as a participant using the Worcester Chapter programs and marketing for the exercise.
Terri will share the principals of the Dynamic Chapter Program and the strides the Worcester Chapter has made in implementing them into our meetings this spring. She’ll review what has worked and what has fallen flat, and we’ll talk about how the principles can be applied to improve the meeting experience at other chapters around the region.
If your meetings aren’t standing-room-only yet, doing some tweaking based on the DCP principles can make a big difference. This approach is applicable for social events, fundraisers, community outreach and more. It’s very flexible and can help you in often unexpected ways!
