Here is the schedule:

• Friday October 23^rd, 5-7pm Networking at a local restaurant (to be determined), then continued socialization/networking at the hotel
• Saturday October 24^th 8am-2:30pm Board Meeting at the hotel (agenda forthcoming).

For those planning to arrive on Friday, we will be providing a link to reserve your hotel room.  Note that Board members will be reimbursed up to $500 for hotel room and mileage/travel expenses.

For those planning to just come on Saturday, please arrive at the hotel prior to the 8am board meeting.  Note that Board members will be reimbursed up to $500 for mileage/travel expenses.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you will be attending, and if so whether you will be coming on Friday and staying over, or just coming to the meeting on Saturday.  You can just reply to me, no need for a Reply All.

DIRECTORS ONLY: If you will not be attending, you are allowed to send an Observer in your place to represent your chapter.  If you do so, then please let me know who the Observer will be so I can include them in future communications.  Note that Observers will be reimbursed up to $500 for hotel room and mileage/travel expenses.
