ICP Group Plant Tour

The program will consist of:

Innovative Chemical Products Group (ICP) PLANT TOUR with a focus on how to blend efficiency and sustainability in a northern climate, on a greenfield site, and in a NIMBY business.

ICP PRODUCTS – Using CSI sections, an overview/exploration of the state-of-the-art/state-of-the-practice in specifiable chemicals and coatings across categories as varied as dry-erase, running tracks, waterproof deck coatings, and environmental remediation products (Asbestos, lead, mold)

FLUID-APPLIED ROOFING MATERIALS – Guest Contractor/Installer Contributor: Eric Storey, Integrity Roofing will discuss fundamental tenets of evaluation current roof conditions, with particular attention paid to penetrations, seams, roof features, and substrate saturation to determine viability of reroof with fluid-applied membrane.

APPLY MULTI-LAYER FLUID-APPLIED ROOFING SYSYEM to substrate following common specification, including prep, waterproofing, and top coat application; ensure successful application via thorough quality control assessment and continuing best practices for maintenance and recoating on specified schedule.
