Architectural Restoration and Reproduction – Rochester Chapter
Architecture transcends time, but sadly, architectural elements often do not. The challenge, then, is in the choice to repair; replace; or destroy and start over. It’s best to preserve, but matching existing historical elements can be cost prohibitive. Fortunately, there are ways to create new profiles that are unique and cost-effective. This program will demonstrate ways to repair and replace architectural elements and create new ones. Local projects will be used as illustration.
