The purpose and responsibilities of the Technical Committee is to:
- Develop programs to promote interest and understanding of the Institute Technical Documents Program.
- Maintain contact with the chapter Technical Documents Committee Chairman.
- Make recommendations for the Region Technical Award in accordance with the Region Awards Guide.
- Other duties as defined by the Board.
