About this event
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming how design professionals work, collaborate, and deliver projects. This presentation will explore how AI tools are being adopted in architecture and engineering design to enhance creativity, speed up documentation, automate repetitive tasks, and even influence the design and development of physical products. We’ll also explore the emerging legal and ethical considerations around AI-generated content—especially in contracts and design authorship.
- Identify the core AI platforms currently used in architecture and design workflows and discuss primary day-to-day use cases.
- Assess how generative tools are reshaping the whole design process, client communication, and product specs.
- Analyze the immediate ethical and legal boundaries tied to AI integration, such as design authorship, client contracts, and intellectual property rights.
- Formulate a plan to safely integrate an AI-driven workflow to increase efficiency and streamline repetitive tasks.
