2022 Region Conference Covid-19 Notice

Covid 19 Information: Our conference, initially scheduled to coincide with the arrival of the restored Mayflower II to the harbor and 400th anniversary celebration in Plymouth, has been postponed for two years and is now set to be held April 28 to 30, 2022. Our intent is to hold the event as safely as possible consistent with all directives from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the CDC. These may include vaccine requirements, mask use, social distancing and capacity restrictions. We are hopeful the current surge will have abated by the end of April and allow all activities to proceed normally for the benefit of all participants. If capacity restrictions are enacted prior to the event which require reducing the number of exhibit tables and/or attendees, preference for the opportunity to participate will be given to higher level sponsors and earliest registrants. Anyone we are unable to accommodate will be given a full refund.
